Today is the final day for people to vote for the Iowa Healthiest State School Mascot Challenge. Winfield-Mt. Union is one of two schools left, battling for the title.

The competition, which coincides with the Iowa Healthiest State Annual Walk, began with 32 schools in early September. With WMU joined by IKM-Manning of Western Iowa, they are now just one matchup away from winning, which would also earn the school $1,000 for a healthy incentives project.

Voters can submit their final vote for Winfield-Mt. Union through 7 p.m. today, with the winner announced on the day of the Annual Walk tomorrow. A valid email address must be used to cast your vote. To select WMU in the School Mascot Challenge, click here.
