On Tuesday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a subject wanted in Washington County in Riverside. The deputy arrested 38-year-old Seth William Westfall of Lone Tree on violation of probation on possession of a controlled substance, a third or subsequent offense, a Class D Felony. As well as Identity Theft  2nd Degree Theft, A Class D Felony. Total bond was set at $17,000, and Westfall bonded out on Wednesday from the Washington County Jail.
