The Washington City Council discussed a Development Agreement with the Washington Hotel Group, LLC at their Tuesday meeting. Council member Bethany Glinsmann talked about the agreement, “My concern is that the property is not currently in the City limits, so I would suggest that we wait to really get into that discussion until we get that annexed into the City. Another reason to wait to have this discussion is because we just got this memo, and it’s a pretty big dollar amount that’s in the current proposed agreement, so I would like to have some more time to consider this information.” The council agreed to table the discussion until they had more time to look over documents and gather more information.
