A joint funeral service for 93-year-old Vernie W. Lowry and 92-year-old Betty Ann Gingerich Lowry of Washington will be held Friday, October 13th at 1p.m. at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. Burial will follow at the Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Family will greet friends from 5-7p.m. Thursday, October 12th at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. A memorial fund has been established for Relay for Life and the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Beatty Peterseim Funeral Home is assisting the family.
