The Washington County Conservation annual Halloween Hike is this Saturday, October 14th, from 6:00-8:00 PM. The hike will begin and end at the Conservation Center. They are recommending this year that families bring their own flashlights if they would like them. They also encourage kids and adults to dress in their Halloween costumes. Along the trail will be games and goodies to pick up, and back at the Conservation Center, there will be refreshments and a Halloween movie to watch. There is no registration required for this event. You can call the Washington County Conservation Office at 319-657-2400 with any questions.
