Some of the best volleyball players in the North division of the Southeast Iowa Super Conference this season came from local teams, with many of those players leading the conference statistically.

Hillcrest Academy junior Malia Yoder was one of those players, finishing second in the Super Conference North with 209 kills. Winfield-Mount Union senior Audrie Gipple was third with an even 200 kills, while WACO senior Emma Wagler was fourth in kills with 183 and Columbus junior Lily Coil was fifth with 176.

Highland senior libero Madison Beeson led the conference in digs with 394, with Warriors senior Halle Sherman second with 335 and Yoder third with 302. Wolves senior Lily Freeman finished second in the league in total blocks with 42 shots swatted away, while Ravens junior Kylee Statler was two behind her in third and Wagler was fifth with 35 blocks.

Statler was the Super Conference North’s leader with 50 serving aces, while WACO senior Jessica Unternahrer was second with 48 aces. Yoder finishes third with 46 aces, while Warriors senior Meredith Roth was fourth with 40.

Roth handed out the most assists in the conference at 493, with Hillcrest sophomore Claire Withrow second at 468 and Wildcat sophomore Daniela Diaz third at 442. Yoder had the highest kill percentage in the league at .309, with Wagler third and Gipple fourth. Husky senior Sarah Burton rounded out the top five in kill efficiency.
