The Louisa County Riders UTV Club is inviting the public to have some fun this Saturday, and support a good cause with their annual Toy Drive Ride.

Participants will meet at 9 a.m. for the toy drop-off at 1 Off Fab Shop, 219 North 2nd Street in Wapello. Cost to register for the event is an unwrapped boy’s or girl’s gift valued between $25-$30 or two $15 gifts. From there, the ride will depart for Murphy’s Pub & Grub in Letts, Mugz Tavern and The Roadhouse in Columbus Junction, Lagerquist Shop for a soup lunch, ending with Kerr Spot in Morning Sun.

Guests are also encouraged to dress up for Halloween or wear their ugliest Christmas Sweater. Anyone who is unable to make the ride but would still like to donate may contact any LCR Club member or leave their toys at any of the scheduled stops. All toys donated will go towards the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office Annual Toy Drive, with more information about that drive coming next month.
