The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved a resolution for a public easement from L&L Acres at their Tuesday meeting. Washington County Engineer Jacob Thorius gives some details, “Need a little more additional right of way down there at McCaines. Everything was getting drawn in on GIS, and we realized that there was a very small portion at the extreme south end where the pavement starts up again at the top of the hill right next to an old road that was vacated that got missed. It’s three-hundredths of an acre.” The cost of the easement to the county is $293.80.
