A Celebration of Life Service for 92-year-old Ruth Palmer of Wellman will be Saturday, November 4th at 11a.m. at the Asbury United Methodist Church of Wellman. Visitation will be Friday, November 3rd from 4-7p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be at the Wellman Cemetery. Memorials can be directed to the Wellman Scofield Public Library, Wellman Heritage Society or Washington County Hospice.
