The Winfield-Mount Union Wolves had another strong season on the volleyball court, and five of their best players were rewarded for their efforts by being voted all-conference by the coaches in the North division of the Southeast Iowa Super Conference.
That includes senior Aurey Meeker, who has been named a first-team setter. In her first season as a starter, Meeker handed out a team-high 274 assists and also finished the season with 39 kills, 37 serving aces and 177 digs.
Senior Audrie Gipple is a first-team hitter after leading WMU with 200 kills and adding 19 aces, 174 digs and 19 blocked shots. Senior libero Tessa Huston had a team-high 282 digs this season and also compiled 32 kills and 29 aces for the Wolves on her way to the first team.
Seniors Lily Freeman and Kailey Neil receive honorable mentions for Winfield-Mount Union, which was 17-14 overall this season and went 7-1 in the Super Conference North to finish second place in the league.
