There are more opportunities to enjoy the arts and support high school productions this weekend, as Mid-Prairie students are set to perform their fall musical Into the Woods.
Junior cast member, Grace Puttman, explained the performance to KCII. “So the musical Into the Woods follows several different groups of people as they travel into the forest to get the wishes that they’ve been longing for their whole lives. They find out once they’ve gained these wishes that life is not exactly what they expected it to be.”
Under the direction of Christine Meader, and stacked with plenty of experienced actors and singers, performances will be held in the High School gym on Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4 at 7 p.m. along with Sunday, November 5 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for students, and can be purchased by clicking here.
