The Washington County Board of Supervisors discussed the county-owned property located at 302 West Main Street at their Tuesday meeting. Supervisor Marcus Fedler explains more, “I got a request, actually, it’s been a while ago now, from a gentleman that put a bid in for the space across the street, wanting to know if there was going to be any possibility that it would be sold in the future or reconsidered. Since they didn’t know what the status was. I couldn’t answer the question, so I just thought we could talk about it.”  The Supervisors took no action on this agenda item but will be gathering more information about the possible sale of the lot in the future. Earlier this year, they put the lot out to bid and did not receive a satisfactory bid request for the property.
