The City of Washington will be accepting sealed proposals for the acquisition and moving of the residential house at 2550 Hwy 1, in Washington. Sealed proposals must be received in the Office of the City Clerk, no later than Wednesday, November 29th at 4:00 p.m. Any questions about the meaning or intent of the specifications must be submitted three business days prior to the opening of the proposals. The residential house is being offered in an “AS IS” condition without warranties. Each proposal should be completed on a form furnished by the City. Copies of said special terms and conditions and form of proposal blanks may be secured at City Hall.
