The Highland Huskies had a strong second half of the season to close out a solid volleyball campaign, and six players have been recognized for their efforts on the court by being voted all-conference in the North division of the Southeast Iowa Super Conference.

That includes senior Sarah Burton being named a first-team hitter. Burton led Highland this season with 149 kills and also posted 25 serving aces, 269 digs and 18 blocked shots.

Senior setter Grace Prybil also makes the first team after handing out 234 assists and also leading the team with 28 aces. Senior Madison Beeson is a first-team defensive specialist and racked up a team-best 394 digs, while senior middle blocker Lorelei Lueck is a second-team hitter after putting up 136 kills and 18 blocks.

Juniors Adeline Krotz and Lily Barre receive honorable mentions for the Huskies, who went 6-2 in league play to finish third in the Super Conference North and went 13-16 overall.
