A big year on the field for the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk football team has translated into many offseason accolades. Ten Golden Hawks were named All-District in Class 2A District 5.

Senior Dylan Henry was named All-District at defensive back. He had two interceptions to go with 31 tackles. On offense he caught 27 balls for 375 yards and seven touchdowns. He finished in the top 10 of 2A this season in touchdown catches and the top 10 in school history for season and career touchdown catches. His 76 yard pick six at Davis County is the fourth longest in program history.

Senior Jarron Thomas was an All-District pick on the offensive line. Thomas was part of a unit that helped pave the way for the Golden Hawk offense to rack up 3,338 total yards this year, ninth most for a team in school history. On defense, he added 20 tackles, four for loss and two sacks.

Senior Grady Miller was an All-District choice on the defensive line. He finished the year with 34 total tackles, including a team leading 11 for loss to go with four sacks. On offense he caught 15 passes for 133 yards and a score.

Junior signal caller Brady Weber was named All-District quarterback. In his first year under center he was 117 of 196 through the air for 1,497 yards, 20 touchdowns and six interceptions. He added 233 yards on 98 carries and four more scores on the ground. Weber finished in the top 10 of Class 2A in total completions, passing touchdowns, passing yards, total touchdowns, completion percentage and attempts. He’s in the top 10 of Golden Hawk history for single game passing touchdowns and total touchdowns, passing yards, longest touchdown pass, single season passing touchdowns, passing yards, and passing completions and career passing touchdowns, yards and completions.

Junior Landon Kos was selected All-District on the offensive line. Kos was part of a unit that helped the Golden Hawks rank in the top 10 of Class 2A in 19 different team and individual offensive categories.

Sophomore Hudson Ehrenfelt earned All-District honors in the backfield. He ended the year with 1,691 all-purpose yards and 16 touchdowns. He put up 1,336 yards on the ground on 227 carries with 12 scores. Ehrenfelt caught 26 passes for 355 yards and three more touchdowns. He was in the top 10 of 2A this year in all-purpose yards, total carries and rushing yards. Ehrenfelt also ranks in the top 10 in program history for single game touchdowns, single season touchdowns and single season rushing yards.

Sophomore Kaden Kos was named an All-District linebacker. Kos led the team and Class 2A with 114 tackles. He also posted 10 tackles for loss and five sacks. On offense, he pulled in 13 passes for 276 yards and six scores. His sack total and receiving touchdown total were both top 10 in 2A. Kos is in the top 10 all-time at Mid-Prairie for longest touchdown reception, single season tackles and single season touchdown catches.

A trio of Golden Hawks were named honorable mention All-District including senior linebacker Lukin Reidger, senior offensive lineman Parker Ehrenfelt and junior O-lineman Conner Wiles. Mid-Prairie ended the season with a 5-5 overall record.
