Graveside service with military honors for 91-year-old William “Bill” J. Casey of Washington will be held at 11a.m. Friday, November 17th at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. General calling hours will take place from 2-5p.m. Thursday, November 16th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Memorials have been established for Paws and More Animal Shelter in Washington or St. James Catholic Church in Washington.
