On Tuesday, November 28, John McCullough became the most recent recipient of the Patriot Award from Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). 

The award recognizes employers, supervisors, and bosses for support provided to service members and their families. They can be nominated by an employee serving in the National Guard or Reserve member or their spouse. McCullough, of Agriland FS, was nominated for his willingness to adapt to changing dates and times for military schooling, training, and deployment.

ESGR is a Department of Defense program that seeks to foster a culture in which all employers support and value the employment and military service of members in the United States National Guard and Reserve.
