The Mid-Prairie Community School District is counting down to the holidays this year with 12 Days of Cheer dress-up days.
Beginning on Wednesday, December 6, students and staff are encouraged to wear a flannel shirt or jacket. December 7 calls for holiday hats or headbands, followed by white clothing and accessories on December 8.
The 12 Days of Cheer continue the following week, with hoodies and sweatpants as the theme for Monday, December 11. On December 12, participants are welcome to dress as their favorite holiday character, and December 13 is dress for a tropical vacation. The week wraps up with pajama day on Thursday, December 14 and holiday sweaters on Friday, December 15.
The week of December 17 leads into the holiday break and caps off the dress-up days with something that makes you shine or sparkle on Monday, holiday or fuzzy socks Tuesday, bright colors Wednesday, and holiday outfits or accessories Thursday.
