The Washington County Board of Supervisors held their meeting Tuesday. On the agenda was the approval of an application form for individuals seeking positions on various Washington County Boards and Commissions. Supervisor Jack Seward Jr. wanted to clarify his thoughts on the application. “I would say that if we approve this, that would not and should not limit any department head to change it up for what suits them best for their job, for their department.” The Board approved the application unanimously, and it will be available on the Washington County website. Changes to the form include a signature line and a box to check if this is a new position or returning appointment
