A celebration of life for 91-year-old Joan Audrey Frantz will be held on Sunday January 14, 2024 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Iowa City American Legion Post 17, 3016 Muscatine Avenue in Iowa City. Memorials may be sent to Hospice of Washington County, Iowa Donor Network, or Keep Iowa Beautiful. The Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
