Join the Washington Public Library for the next installment of the Noon Concert Series tomorrow. Downward Spiral is a tuba quartet consisting of euphonium players Nat Giessell and Dan Hill. And tuba players Jerry Zinn and Gary McCurdy. The group has been playing together for around ten years. Their music varies from marches to jazz with a mellow sound. The concert begins at noon at the Washington Public Library and is free to the public.
