Lone Tree Superintendent, Tyler Hotz, released a letter this month informing the community that the District is weighing the options of implementing a four-day school week.

The letter highlights potential benefits and opportunities that this would present, including improved attendance of staff and students, making the District an attractive option for students and staff, as well as reduced expenditures for the District.

The Lone Tree Community District is in the process of gathering feedback from various stakeholders. An in-person meeting will be held with a staff team on Wednesday, December 20, and the topic is included in the agenda for the January and February School Board Workshops.
