The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Keli Lalla of Newhall on December 28th for third-degree theft. According to court records, on November 18th, Lalla was seen leaving the Washington Walmart with a cart full of merchandise and made no attempt to pay for the items. The items were estimated to be valued at $483. Lalla has multiple third-degree theft convictions in five other counties. Lalla was being held in the Washington County Jail on a $4,000 bond but has since bonded out.
