The Iowa Finance Authority is now accepting online applications for the Iowa Home Repair Pilot Program.  The application portal will remain open for applications through Jan. 31, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., subject to available funding.  Qualified homeowners may be eligible for up to $35,000 to assist with eligible repairs. Homeowners must have income below 80% of the area median income, occupy the home as their primary residence, be current on property tax payments, and have experienced financial hardship because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
