The trial for Washington Mayor Jaron Rosien, who was charged with sexual abuse in the third degree, has been set for May. After a pretrial conference held on Friday with District Court Judge Joel Yates. The decision for a May trial came down to scheduling with the prosecution and defense. The final pretrial conference will be held on May 10th with the trial to begin on the 21st. The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred in January of 2023 at JPs 207 in Washington.
