The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved a quit claim deed for real estate located in Richmond at their Tuesday meeting. County Attorney Nathan Repp gives more information on the property and reasoning, “There was just one section of alleyway that wasn’t included in the legal description for this property, so there’s just a small section there that wasn’t included. So this would include that, and the whole alleyway would then be remanded to those property owners, as was originally intended.” The supervisors approved the quit claim deed unanimously.
