On Tuesday, the Washington Police Department located a subject that was wanted in Washington County. They arrested 18-year-old Mitchell Martinez of Washington on two warrants. The first, failure to appear for pretrial conference on the original charge of assault, a simple misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, an aggravated misdemeanor. Bond is set at $2300 and Martinez is currently being held in the Washington County Jail.
