The Washington City Council considered a resolution endorsing an application for municipal grant funds at their recent meeting. Documents state that the funds that they will be receiving from the Washington County Riverboat Foundation will be applied to the downtown streetscape project expansion in the amount of $325,000, as well as a Downtown Investment Grant in the amount of $100,000. The Council approved this resolution unanimously.
