Encore Express is serving lunch in Washington from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on the second and fourth Thursday of every month. This is a great time for adults 60+ to socialize. The event will be held at the Immanuel Lutheran Church on East Washington Street in Washington. Suggested donation is $5 per meal.
