Memorial service for 65-year-old Arnel Elizabeth McNamar of Washington will be held at 11a.m. Wednesday, January 31st at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. Calling hours begin at 2p.m. Tuesday, January 30th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. Memorials have been established for the Washington Municipal Band and Hospice of Washington County.
