Dakota County, Nebraska officials reported Friday that they had a subject in custody who is wanted on a Washington County warrant. They arrested 20-year-old Fernando Marcelino of Washington on the charge of harboring a runaway against the wishes of a parent, an aggravated misdemeanor. This is in relation to the missing Washington teen Alexandra Lynn, who was found last week.  Marcelino is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond. A detainer has been placed with Dakota County, where he is currently being held on their charges and is awaiting extradition arrangements.
