4-H County Council invited young people and a special adult in their lives to attend the Me & My VIP Sweetheart Dance. Many enjoyed the evening with their friends too for dancing and games. Lindsey Schneider, Allie Westphal, Paisley Rich and Baylor Stromwall had a good time posing at the photo booth while county council volunteer Halle Cuddeback was photographer.
One hundred and thirty couples enjoyed the special Me & My VIP Sweetheart Dance held Saturday night, February 17, hosted by the 4-H County Council at the KC Hall in Washington. The event was open to the public for kindergarten through fourth-grade youth and special adult VIPs(Very Important Person) in their life. Participants were with their caring adults, such as fathers, mothers, grandparents, neighbors, older siblings, and more, at the KC Hall. The committee was honored to have record-breaking attendance. Each couple posed at the photo booth and were able to take home a framed keepsake photo. This night of special memories included dancing, refreshments, corsages, and fun. Proceeds from the event will be used in other 4-H-hosted events in the coming year.
