Celebration of life services for 87-year-old Ruth Marie Arbogast of Washington will be held at 11a.m. Friday, February 23rd at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Family will be present to receive friends from 10-11a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Sandy Hook Cemetery in rural Brighton. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County.
