Two of the brightest stars for Lone Tree Lion boys’ basketball this season are being honored with all-conference selections from the coaches of the Southeast Iowa Super Conference North.

That pair includes sophomore Emmett Burke, who receives second-team accolades. Burke led Lone Tree in scoring, assists and steals while averaging nearly 13 points, four-and-a-half rebounds, four assists and two-and-a-half steals per game.

Ethan Bockelman also receives an honorable mention after putting up 10.5 points and five rebounds per contest in his senior season with the Lions, who went 6-16 overall and had three conference wins.
