Join the Washington Public Library for a 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Celebration on March 9th from 11 to noon. They will be celebrating those that have read 1000 books. Enjoy an interactive children’s concert with Linda Soukup. Lucas the Balloon Man will also be there to make free balloon animals. This program is geared toward early childhood participants. Attendees can also learn more about the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Program in general.
