A Letts man was arrested last month following an investigation into his involvement with a minor.
In September 2023, the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office was alerted by a concerned parent that a man was sending inappropriate messages to her daughter through Facebook Messenger. A month-long investigation led to 31-year-old Noah Clark being arrested in October on one count of dissemination of obscene material to a minor, an aggravated misdemeanor. At the time of his arrest, Clark admittedly knew the victim was a minor and stated there could be 2-3 more victims.
Further investigation resulted in search warrants and further charges against Clark involving a separate victim. He was arrested once again on February 5 for enticement of a minor, a class D felony and possession of a visual depiction of a minor engaging in a prohibited sexual act, an aggravated misdemeanor.
An arraignment for Clark is scheduled for Friday, March 15.
