At the Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, the supervisors approved nine personnel change requests for the Washington County Ambulance Service. One of those requests included Washington County Ambulance Director Jeremy Peck. Peck’s employment with the County was terminated February 29th.  

On October 20th, 2022, the board unanimously approved placing Washington County Ambulance Director Jeremy Peck on a month-long administrative leave without pay starting October 27th due to personnel and management issues. The board approved rescinding Peck’s original administrative leave without pay and approved placing him on paid administrative leave. Peck had a total of sixteen months of paid leave. Washington County Ambulance Service has been run by interim director Katrina Altenhofen since December of 2022.
