The Washington Chamber of Commerce held their Legislative Briefing on Friday at St James Elementary and Parish. Conversations with Washington County Legislators, State Representative Heather Hora and State Senator Dawn Driscoll were had with topics ranging from Area Education Agency reform to Labor and Delivery Services leaving rural Iowa. The next Legislative Briefing will be on April 12th at the Kalona Historical Village.
