A celebration of life for 88-year-old Fred F. Stigers of Wellman, formerly of Washington, will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 15 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with military honors. Burial will be at a later date at Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until service time Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be designated to Hospice of Washington County.
