The Augustana Symphonic Band, directed by Dr. James Lambrecht, will tour the Midwest in March, with a stop in Washington on Sunday, March 24th at 7 pm at the Washington Area Performing Arts and Events Center. The Augustana Symphonic Band, which performs music of the highest artistic quality written for the wind band, was established in 1874. In addition to touring nationally, the band has performed in the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and, most recently, Japan. The performance is free and open to the public.
