The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls track and field team travels to Tiffin Friday for the Jane Astor Relays. The Hawks were last in action eight days ago at the Mt. Pleasant Co-Ed Relays where they were led by individual championships for Emma Lueck in long jump, Danielle Hostetler in the 1500 and Brooklyn Stutzman in the 3000 to go with a title for the sprint medley team of Dakota Mitchell, Paige Safly, Lueck and Jovi Evans and the distance medley with Mitchell, Lueck, Lanee Duwa and Hostetler.

The Hawks will be joined tonight by girls teams from Belle Plaine, Benton, Durant, English Valleys, HLV, Iowa City West, Iowa Valley, Mount Vernon, North Linn, Pekin, Solon, West Liberty, Williamsburg and the home Clippers. Action starts tonight at 4:30p.m. and continues into the evening at Clear Creek Amana High School.
