The Highland Huskies earned a third straight soccer victory Friday night by rallying past Sigourney-Keota 2-1. After sophomore Gavin Khali set up freshman Ayden Galindo to give SK the lead going into halftime at home, Highland would have a response.

Junior Jared Diaz continued his strong spring by scoring twice in the second half and allowing the Huskies to get the win. Diaz’s fourth and fifth goals of the season kept Highland’s win streak going since their 0-2 start.

Meanwhile, Sigourney-Keota drops to 1-3. While SK will be back in action tomorrow at Chariton, Highland goes for a fourth straight victory later today when they host Mediapolis.
