The Washington County Board of Supervisors heard the quarterly report from County Recorder Teresa Mangold at their Tuesday meeting. “You have the quarterly report for January, February, and March in front of you, and it was a pretty typical quarter for us. Recordings are picking up a little bit with the weather warming up, so that will pick up in the next quarter, I’m sure. Passports are still going strong, so we are doing a lot of those.” The Recorder’s Office provides registration, title, and lien services for those who own recreational vehicles such as boats, snowmobiles, and ATVs. In addition, they assist in completing and mailing applications for passports, including photo services.
