The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk and Keota Eagle boys golf teams took on the field at Wednesday’s Williamsburg Raider Invitational at Stone Creek Golf Course. The Hawks had the top area team finish, placing fifth of nine schools with a 343 team score across 18 holes. Williamsburg won their home tournament with a 323. Mid-Prairie was led by Drew Schlabaugh’s big day with a PR 78 for third place. Other Golden Hawk scores included Denver Nelson 86, Grayson Gingerich 88, Ace Peck 91, Clayton Davidson 94 and Bryce Henry 106.
Keota placed seventh with a team score of 350. The Eagles were paced by Cole Kindred in seventh overall with an 80. Other Keota cards included Sawyer Stout 84, Brennan McGuire 88, Conner Strand 98, and Billie Kindred and Tanner Waterhouse 100s.
