The Hillcrest Academy Raven boys golf team made the long trip to Grundy Center Saturday for a weekend invitational. Hillcrest was seventh of eight schools at the 18-hole event with an overall team score of 375. The Spartans won their home tournament with a 330. Liam Schrock and Rowan Miller tied for the best Hillcrest round with their matching cards of 86. Judd Jirovsky of Grundy Center was meet medalist with a 76 for the day. Other Raven scores included Seth Ours 92, Matthew Chalupa 111, Rylan Good 120 and Ethan Yoder 127. Hillcrest is back on the course Monday hosting Winfield-Mt. Union.
