In the girls event, WMU edged out Hillcrest 252-257 behind a career best 55 day from Brynn Pogmore to finish as medalist runner-up. Pogmore spoke with KCII Sports after the meet about the day. Pogmore said, “My driver is what I tend to struggle with but I did pretty well with that today. Hole eight was important. It was short. I feel like the girls have played well this year.”
