Ron DeSantis’s presidential effort, will take over as chief counsel. Lara Trump, Daughter-In-Law of current Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump was also installed as the organization’s co-chair earlier this spring, and dozens of previous staff members were not retained. Lara Trump has made 2020 election fraud claims and funneling party funding and donations specifically toward Donald Trump’s campaign and legal fees priorities.
