On Sunday, a subject was in the Washington County Jail to turn themselves in on a warrant. Jordan Entsminger of Washington was arrested on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony. In February of this year, a victim under the age of 18 reported a sexual assault committed by Enstminger. Enstminger was questioned and admitted to the assault while the victim was intoxicated. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only, with the preliminary hearing set for May 2nd.
