A Celebration of Life for 77-year-old Fred Rugg of Wayland will be at 11a.m. Tuesday, May 14th at the Independent Bible Church in Wayland. The service will be available via livestream at the Beatty-Peterseim website, Facebook and YouTube pages. Visitation will be prior to the service at the church from 9-10:45a.m. A graveside service will be held at Cottonwood Cemetery west of Wayland, following the service, with full military rites accorded by Washington American Legion Post #29. A memorial fund has been established for Cottonwood Cemetery. The Beatty-Peterseim Funeral Home is assisting the family.
