A Mount Union man is wanted in Henry County for the theft of a motor vehicle earlier this month. At approximately 4:55 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen 2010 Lincoln MKT from the 2400-grid of 210th Street near Mount Pleasant.

The offender was identified as 33-year-old Marshal Barr, who fled the area to Clinton, where the vehicle was later recovered. Barr was charged with second-degree theft, a class D felony. Warrants for his arrest were applied for.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Mount Pleasant Police Department and Clinton Police Department.
